Place of processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the above-mentioned premises and are carried out only by the staff of Galleria Giamblanco, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested.
What data we collect and why we collect it
The only data we collect are: 1) the e-mail address you provide to request information using the form in the “Contact us” section 2) the telephone number you use to write to us on whatsapp, should you wish to have more immediate contact with us. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, as well as the contact that takes place through the use of Whatsapp, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request. In any case, this data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. We use them only to respond to the requests of our customers.
Our site uses third party plug-ins, which process data to improve its technology and services.
Optional provision of data
The user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms or indicated in the “contacts” section to request information. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the information requested.
